Eric Pillow

Eric Pillow is the Director of Operations Administration at Green Mountain, a Parcel Spend Management (PSM) service provider for the largest shippers in North America. His contract management team delivers Green Mountain’s best-in-class rate audit and dispute resolution, and his customer service team serves both clients and carriers to expedite the freight bill payment process.

In his early years at Green Mountain, Eric helped establish the foundation for PSM scenario modeling and strategic analytics. Prior to joining Green Mountain, he worked in supply chain analytics for a major retailer and as a pricing analyst for a national full truckload carrier.
