Solutions Engineer II

Location: Remote

As a Solutions Engineer II, you’ll blend Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Optimization to deliver insights that matter—on teams built for speed and impact. What you'll do

Translate client requirements into tailored solutions and roadmaps.
Analyze parcel/supply-chain networks and model scenarios that improve cost and service.
Build and manage customer reporting portfolios using BI/data-warehouse concepts; turn findings into clear recommendations.
Create business rules for data labeling and GL allocation; own data quality and auditability.
Lead customer calls and present insights, collaborating across high-performance teams in Technology, Contracts, and Account Management.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Data Analytics, or related
2+ years of SQL (advanced query design) and strong Excel skills
Working knowledge of transportation/supply chain concepts and BI tools/data warehousing
Clear communicator, analytical problem-solver, comfortable leading customer discussions
Expertise in parcel reporting, cost center applications, network modeling, analytics, and detailed parcel audits
Ability to translate ambiguous data into clear client-ready insights
