Sue Ellen’s expertise—honed over 13 years in various impactful roles at UPS—lies in driving strategic optimization, data transformation, and meticulous invoice auditing to maximize client profitability and efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Operations Management, both from the University of Arkansas.
